The description should have included that the buckles are fixed and not adjustable as they appear. Especially for an item that is final sale where no accommodation is offered. I reached out but they were unwilling to exchange. I had messaged prior regarding the delay in shipping and did receive a response explaining that they hadn’t been able to ship items due to extreme weather- Completely understandable but it would be considerate to provide updates for customers in those cases. I love supporting small businesses however unfortunately I wouldn’t shop here again.
